Questions we get asked
Do students or families pay anything?
No. The student product is free, whether or not their school has a licence. The school licence buys the counselor-side roster, assignments, exports and support.
What happens at exactly 400 or 1,000 students?
400 students is the first day of the $10,000 band. 1,001 students moves you to per-student billing. We use your official enrollment figure at the start of the contract year and don't re-band mid-year if you grow.
Is there a trial?

Can we pay per counselor instead?
No. Pricing is by enrollment so that adding counselors never costs you more, we don't want the price to discourage giving more staff access.
What about districts?
Above 1,000 students the $1/student/month rate applies district-wide, and we'll do a single agreement across all schools. Get in touch for a district quote.
What if our budget doesn't stretch?
Tell us. We discount for Title I schools and for schools where most students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Nobody's students should miss out over a line item.
