141 US institutions ship built in, the Ivies, the highly selective privates, the top liberal arts colleges, and the public flagships. Each carries its acceptance rate, state, and the rounds it actually offers.
Behind the curated catalog sits a second tier of 10,237 institutions across 201 countries, so Oxford, Tsinghua, UBC and the University of Nairobi are all findable. It is sourced from Hipo/university-domains-list (MIT licensed), reduced to name and country.
MIT, UCLA, ETH, IIT Bombay and Munchen all resolve. An exact acronym outranks a substring, so MIT is not buried under Mitchell.| Tier | Suggested when |

This is a starting point derived from acceptance rate alone. It knows nothing about your grades, and you can override it. Acceptance rate is a poor proxy for your odds at any specific school.
The list warns you when you have four or more schools and no safety, or when every school is a reach. A list without a safety school isn't a list, it's a wish.

Researching → In progress → Submitted → Accepted / Waitlisted / Denied. Moving a school to a submitted state is what the readiness engine counts as an application done.
Each school shows its real logo where we have one. It is served from our own servers: the page asks Fledgy for the logo by name, and Fledgy looks up the school's icon, so no logo vendor learns which universities you're considering. Where no logo can be found, a deterministic crest built from the name stands in, same school, same colours and monogram every time.
Deadlines are the standard published cycle dates and move by a day or two some years. Always confirm on the school's own admissions page before planning around one.
