A Common App-style PDF of your whole profile, generated server-side as a real downloadable file.
The profile page holds the Common App fields onboarding deliberately skips: legal name, preferred name, phone, address, citizenship, secondary school, GPA and scale, weighting, class rank and size, and test type and score. A completeness meter shows which are still blank.
Your test score mirrors automatically from the testing tracker, so you never maintain it twice.
Laid out to mirror the Common App application preview:
Multi-page with automatic pagination, page numbers and a generation date in the footer.
Three toggles before you export: college list, recommenders and essay drafts.
Essay drafts are off by default and the UI warns when you turn them on. Leave them off when sending to a recommender, they don't need your drafts.
| Viewer | Can export | Can include essays |
|---|---|---|
| You | Yourself | Yes |
| Counselor | Students on their roster | No |
| Contributor | The student who invited them | Yes, if granted essay access |
Authorization runs through a single shared rule, so the export route, the counselor view and the contributor view can never disagree about who may see what.
pdf-lib using only the 14 standard PDF fonts, nothing to embed or fetch.Cache-Control: private, no-store.Hand it to a recommender as a brag sheet, attach it to a summer program application that asks for a résumé, or bring it to a counselor meeting. It is also what the recommender email attaches automatically.
